Energy Energize your body to the next level with NIA® (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) a unique blend of martial arts, dance, and yoga. NIA® is upbeat, safe, and a great cardiovascular workout. Rehabilitation Stretch one set of muscle groups as you strengthen another through the Pilates Method. Proper body alignment, balance, and a long, lean physique are the goals of the Pilates Method.
Relaxation Relax your mind and increase your energy flow through the meditative movements of Tai Chi. Embodying the ancient Chinese principles of equilibrium through meditation, breathing, and martial arts, Tai Chi is the ultimate mind/body workout. Balance Firm & Focus Fitness strengthens and tones the body with an emphasis on correct breathing and alignment. The combination of standing and mat work is based on modern dance technique and standing Pilates work, providing weight-bearing exercise that helps prevent bone loss.
