A marathon runner at the time, she noticed how much easier and effortless running became, increasing her speed as well. Even in common everyday activities, she noticed a new ease of movement. With sustained practice of the method, she learned new, more effective alternatives. Tracy has worked with a wide variety of people from 14 to 88 years old, from policemen to pilots, to actors and athletes who wanted to improve their performance, to those suffering from the effects of multiple sclerosis, car accidents, scoliosis, anxiety, headaches, back, neck, and knee pain, etc. Like her own preliminary exploration into the Feldenkrais Method, she has also worked with many people who wanted to learn more about themselves in order to increase their physical, mental, and emotional potential.
