     Please join us every Monday after the 10 a.m. Firm & Focus Workout for "Lunch & Learn", how to lose weight and dine right.    We'll meet at 11:15 and have lunch at a different Preston Forest Village restaurant.  The restaurants have offered our group a 10% discount.  Clare Hartmann, member of Weight Watchers for over 20 years, will moderate the group.  Since eating out is a major challenge to weight loss, the focus will be on making healthy choices at a variety of restaurants.
